This veil is actually reversable! The video with the hand shows the details of a steel grey and dark charcoal (almost black) embroidery with a reverse of steel blue and steel grey embroidery.  The steel grey makes the tulle seem black, but the steel blue side makes the tulle seem blue.  I still can't determine which color the tulle actually is.  The "right" side (steel grey) has metallic cording and some tiny sequins.  For a more subtle look, the sewn-in clip can be moved to the right side such that the reverse is shown instead; the mettalic and sequins are less distinct.  I sewed the scallop trim with different threads to match the respective sides and embroidery colors.
