This lace is one that I think of when I think of lace. Apparently a canon of The Institute agrees because he asked me to replace the lace on his rachet with it. It consists of thick, substantial cotton so I trimmed the back with a commencerate cotton knitted trim. It is a short veil and is so much prettier in person.
